Robert
Just a thought, but if you are thinking of Swindon, it's a small group and we are trying to cut costs, you are all very welcome to come here and use my house for the training. I'm easy enough to find from the motorway.
I can provide lunch etc, that's no problem, it just depends on what equipment you need.
Anyway just something that hit what's left of the old grey matter up top.

So far so good, Swindon on the 3rd it is unless anyone else is away. Kind offer of your house Kath, especially since its people you have never met (we're all very clean), however i think we'll keep that on the back burner for now. Thing is i don't know if anyone else will want to come and if i can find a reasonably cheap room i think it would be better to spend £10 - £15 quid extra and be able to spread out! But if you know of any hotels / pubs with an upstairs function room then shoot me a message by all means! If we can't find anywhere its nice to have your place to fall back on / into . Could you all Pm me you e mails please? Much ta Robert

Hi Robert, I appreciate how much trouble you are going to for the Swindon biomx course but I have just been emailed by Doncaster PCT that they will be running a basic biomx course followed by an advanced biomx course in Oct this year. Although I believe your teaching methods to be far superior to any on offer locally it would not be a sensible cost excercise for me to attend both. It is true I would walk across hot coals, eat worms & beat myself insensible with a yard of celery to meet piggies old & new in Swindon but in this instance the nasty man at the bank says NO! Look forward to shaking trotters old & new in July though so if it is required I will bring the said celery with me. ttfn, twirls. PS. Is the baby sleeping yet? Your posts are getting earlier & earlier.....

Twirls
Thats a shame. Still you would probably get more from a basic (rather than foundation) course. We shall mourn your absence but understand your decision. It is a HELL of a long way!!!
Thanks for the e mails and thanks Kath for the venues. I'll get on it when i get half a minute!
The baby sleeps fine. Sometimes for up to 90 minutes at a time! He put on 1 lb 6 oz in ONE WEEK. THe child is basically a crying hoover!

It has (inevitably) been brought to my attention that i am once again favoured with the views of the Inhabitants / Denizens of TFS. Since i have no concerns and nothing to hide on this matter and for the interest of those who would eat hot coals before going on TFS i reproduce the relevant section for your reading pleasure. ------------------------------------------------ Regards Robert

Hi Robert They are like a case of hemorrhoids aren't they and should be treated as such= a minor irritation And like that orifice which hemorrhoids surround (which their personalities would reflect) , they are also full of that which exudes from the orifice If we have those in this profession unable to help others advance their knowledge and turn upon those that would try and assist them to do so then it is THEY that should seek alternative employment as they do not help the advancement of the profession in any way Their spite and self agrandisment helps no one except perhaps their own egotistical self importance. Tamworth set the pace and look at those that came onboard Take no notice of these tossers m8 they are not worth a second thought Cheers Derek

Oh and BTW as a rider to my last post, if the trolls are so worried about educating those without a degree, WHY IS THE SCP ADVOCATING THE TRAINING OF PODIATRY ASSISTANTS?? Who once "qualified" can come out into the big wide world and do as they please as IPP's ?? Talk about the pot calling the kettle .......... As I said Rob not worth the trouble Cheers D

Next TFS will demand Rob swears he is a witch & burns his effin SCP HPC certificate @ their next book burning! Shame that the gizmo prevents me using accurate words to describe those on TFS who obviously have a history of anencephaly. More to be pitied than laughed at. twirly not anon am out n proud.

Just a couple of things - TFS does NOT do the profession credit and I nearly did not take up the uni course because of the vitriolic postings on there , I have, since qualifying, discovered those that do post on there are in the minority but being a public forum it doesn't do a lot to educate the public on the hard work and knowledge out there .............. As to the BMX course on 3/8 (not sure if I can make it yet) will there be guidance on what orthotic to use - this is one of my most confusing issues with BMX (along with the rest of it, though think I have an idea re pronation) Podmum
