Hi Advice needed. when i put my leg out infront of me and point my foot inward i get a wierd feeling on the outside edge of my foot. its below but just in front of the ankle bone. it feels like a sting-y, buzz-y ripping-like sensation. If i bend my foot outwards it doesn't happen but the patch where I feel it is white compared with the rest of my foot. the skin in that area is beginning to feel a bit numb on top but not underneath. Does that make sense? any help? it doesn't hurt when i walk or anything

Dear Guest
Sound like your getting neural tension in the superficial peroneal nerve cutaneous branch. As you invert your foot the inferior Anterior retinaculum (a band of stiff tissue that hold down the tendons around the ankle) may be impinging on the nerve and also blood vessels causing blanching. Get it checked out by a Podiatrist or GP.
