I love the theory, but i just wonder if the softer top cover you added simply made it more comfortable and so the patient could use it more and get more benefit? We''ve always used custom shells for the MOSI, but even then sometimes we get discomfort and modify.
I'm now going to download that paper and spend my day with ice on my forehead....
